Honours Admission Circular 2020-2021 has been published. The NU Honors Admission Form can be filled through the admission.nu.ac.bd website. The applicant has to fill up the online application form. After filling the application form, the application form has to be submitted to the designated college.

Detailed prospectus has also been published along with the honours admission notice. The application eligibility, apply instruction and admission result information are mentioned on the prospectus.
You can apply for BA, BSS, BBS, BBA courses in the National University Honours 1st year. Honours course is valid for 4 years.
No admission test is taken for admission in National University. Admission is done only on the basis of SSC and HSC equivalent examination results.
The National University Admission Result is published in several steps. After the completion of admission from the 1st merit list, the second merit list and then the third merit list are published. Migration result is also released with 2nd and 3rd Merit list. In addition to the migration process, the release slip result is published at the end of the release slip application. National University has multiple release slips for honours admission.

Application Eligibility
- SSC or Equivalent Pass from Science, Humanities, Business Studies or Home Economics Group.
- SSC or Equivalent Passing Year 2017 or 2018
- Minimum GPA 2.50 in SSC or Equivalent level for Humanities and 3.00 for Science and Business Studies Group.
- HSC or Equivalent Passing Year 2019 or 2020
- Minimum GPA 2.50 in HSC or Equivalent Level for Humanities and 3.00 for Science and Business Studies Group.
Honours Admission Form
- Interested and Eligible Applicant Can Apply through National University Official Admission Website by Following Instruction.
- Visit https://www.nu.ac.bd/admissions/ and Select Apply Now (Honours) Option from Honours tab.
- Input Your SSC Roll, SSC Passing Year, SSC Board and HSC Roll, Board and Passing Year.
- Go to Next Step and Preview your Information. Change your Gender Male to Female or Female to Male if Required and Check your Date of Birth and Correct it if need.
- Go to Next Step and Select your College by Selecting Division and District. From Right Side Prepare your Subject Preference List according to your Choice. You can Make Maximum 15 Choice if there are Department/ Subject Available and you are Eligible.
- Go to Next Step and Fill up your Quota Information.
- Input Your Mobile Number, E-mail ID (if any) and Upload Your Colored Photographs in 150x120 pixel within 50KB in JPG Format.
- Preview your Application and Submit It.
- Print out your Application and Submit it on your College with Required Papers and Application Fees.
Cancel Your Application Form
If you Make any Mistake to Fill up the Application Form or you want to Change your College and Subject you Can Change it by Canceling for One Time before Submit the Application Form on College or Before Approved the Application by College.
To Cancel your Application Form Please Login within your Admission Roll and PIN and Request Cancel. NU Authority will be Send you a OTP (One time Password) on your Mobile Number and Input the OTP and Finally Submit it. Now your Application will be Canceled. After Canceled the Application form you can Fill up your Application Form again.

- Mark Sheet/ Tabulation sheet Photocopy of SSC and HSC or Equivalent.
- Registration Card Photocopy of SSC and HSC
- Application Fees.
National University Honours Admission Result
NU Honours Admission 2nd Merit List will be Published ----. NU will be Published the Merit List Randomly one by one after One Step Complete. After Complete the First Merit List Admission Procedure NU will be Second Merit list than Similarly Third Merit List.
First Merit List:
National University Honours Admission First Merit List has been Published. Selected Candidates are Requested to Fill-up Admission Form within 10 October and they are Requested to Complete their Admission within 11 October 2020.
To Search your Admission Result for First Merit List You can Login www.admissions.nu.edu.bd with your Admission Roll and PIN Number. Search your Result and Fill up the Final Application Form and Complete your Admission.

Second Merit List:
If you are not in First Merit List you can Check Second Merit List. National University will be Published the Second Merit list 15 October 2020. To Check Second Merit List Login www.admissions.nu.edu.bd with your Admission Roll and PIN Number. Search your Result and Fill up the Final Application Form and Complete your Admission. Selected Candidates are Requested to Fill-up Admission Form within 22 October and they are Requested to Complete their Admission within 22 October 2020. If you want to find your result by SMS follow the instruction below.

Third Merit List:
If there are Number of Vacant Seat Available for Admission National University will be Published Third Merit List for Honours Admission. Otherwise there no Chance to Published the Third Merit List.
National University Honours Release Slip Application:
National University Second Release Slip Application will be Start 27 October 2020 and Release Slip Application system will be closed 03 November 2020. Student who are not in First or Second Merit List or Who are not complete their Admission or who are not in First Release Slip or who are not complete admission on First Release Slip they can Apply for Second Release Slip Application. Please Note that This is the Last Release Slip. There are no Third Release Slip application will be accept by NU. If you Canceled your Admission you are also eligible to Apply for Release Slip.
Release Slip Application System:
Student Can Apply for Release Slip by Login in Honours Login Option with their Admission Roll and PIN Number. To Apply for NU Honours Release Slip Application Follow the Instruction below.
- Visit nu.edu.bd/admissions and Select Honours Applicant's Login Option from Honours Tab.
- Log in your Student Panel with your Admission Roll and PIN
- Select Release Slip Option and Select 5 College and Subject. Before Release Slip Application Confirm Availabe Seat on College.
- Complete Release Slip Application and Submit It.
- There are no need to Submit any Papers to College or any Fees for Release Slip Application.
National University Honours Release Slip Result:
National University 2nd Release Slip Result will be Published ----- 4PM. Applicant Can Search their Result like Merit List. You Can Check your Result by Login with your Admission Roll and PIN.
